Returns

We hope that you love your Tom's Studio product. However, if you wish to return your item please contact us at hello@tomsstudio.co.uk and we will be happy to help and advise you on next steps.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless your item is faulty. Custom items are unfortunately not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact hello@tomsstudio.co.uk to begin your returns process.

NOTE: if you're returning goods from outside the UK, you MUST obtain a customs declaration and mark the package as "Returned goods" with ZERO commercial value. Please also write 'RETURN' on the parcel.

Failure to do so, or to declare any value on the shipment may result in import duty and/or taxes being applied to the returned goods which will be deducted from any refunds payable or recharged to your payment method.

Repairs

Our handmade products are made to last a lifetime and we are able to repair or replace all component parts of our pens. As such, we offer a complimentary repair service should your pen need a little TLC or you are not happy with the functionality.
