How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer free tracked UK delivery for all orders over £60 (send using Royal Mail Tracked 48).
All orders are dispatched within 5 working days, unless specified on the product listing. Please note that there is a 1-3 day processing time for all orders and once dispatched, our standard delivery time for non-custom items is 2 working days*. If you need your order urgently or for a specific date, please contact us before placing an order to make sure this is possible.
Orders received after 12pm may be processed the next working day.
Please check the current lead times for custom items. All custom orders over £100 will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
It’s a good idea to double-check your address and post/zip code when you’re ordering to avoid any delays your order unnecessarily. We cannot be held responsible for any address errors on your part.
Delays to Orders
Royal Mail delivery times are a guide and although 99.9% of our UK orders arrive within 2 days, this is not guaranteed and is unfortunately out of our control. However, if you order has not arrived by the standard shipping time, please get in touch and we will do out best to help. We will only be able to refund or resend your order after the order has been declared lost by Royal Mail. This is after 14 working days for domestic orders, and after 25 working days for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally and our delivery times vary depending on country.
UK - 2 working days*.
Europe - 5 working days*.
Rest of World - 7-9 working days*.

* Working Days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Times are a guide, not guaranteed, and do not account for unforeseen delays outside of our control, such as the current situation with Brexit and Covid-19. At busy times of the year such as Christmas, processing and delivery times may be significantly longer.
How will Brexit affect my order?
We are pleased to announce that no VAT of customs duty will be charged to European coutries. This means that there will be no unexpected costs or delivery days to worry about. We will ship your order using DHL and delivery is usually within 5 working days.
Who do we ship with?
Parcels will be sent with either Royal Mail or DHL and you can track your order via the link in your dispatch confirmation email. UK Orders sent 2nd class will not be tracked. International orders with free delivery will not be tracked or eligible for replacement if lost or damaged, so pleased consider choosing Tracked delivery to avoid any nasty surprises.
If your order contains a pre-order item, your whole order will be shipped together in order to minimise our carbon footprint. So please refer to pre-order delivery times in this instance.
